Ezetta Jolly Furr

Ezetta Jolly Furr, 90, of Charlottesville, VA, passed away her home on April 7, 2024. Ezetta was born in Roaring River, NC, to the late Daylon and Pearl Jolly. Ezetta is preceded in death by her parents, husband Owen Lee Furr and one daughter Deborah Furr Marshall. Sister Nancy Irene Cook, and Brother Louis Daylon Jolly. Ezetta is survived by, two daughters Karen F. Perkins, and Anita Riley (Fred), one son Allen Furr (Donna), eleven grandchildren Jennifer Perkins, David Furr (Lisa), Robert Perkins, Nicole Sigmon (Travis), Crystal Lamonds (Mark), Christina Marshall, Ryan Perkins (Ashley), Ashley Bringer (Chris), Heather Marshall (Joe), Tyler Furr (Stacy), Jonathan Marshall, nineteen great-grandchildren, Maia, TJ, Tehya, Chloe, Melody, Katelynn, Aiden, Coraline, Breanna, Madeline, Brynn, Christian, Leah, Joshua, Jade, Anna, Wylie, Owen, and Jaxson, one great-great grandchild Leilani, and numerous nieces and nephews. Ezetta and Owen were loved dearly by their children. Ezetta grew up in Danville, VA where she met her husband Owen, while working at Dan River Mills, after his military service she and her husband moved to Charlottesville, VA, she loved gardening, flowers, sewing, canning, family, grandchildren were the love of her life, she and Owen loved to camp, and loved to travel to different states. Ezetta worked at Fabrics Unlimited and Maupin’s Grocery. Ezetta was a member of the 20/20 Vision Ministries. Ezetta’s family will have visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday April 12, 2024, at Teague Funeral Service 2260 Ivy Road Charlottesville, VA. Funeral Service for Ezetta will be Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Teague officiated by Roger Browning, Interment will follow the Funeral Service at Holly Memorial Gardens.
