Helen D. Witt, 89, passed away on August 21, 2016. She was born July 21, 1927. Helen is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Walter H. Witt; and her son, David L. Witt. She is survived by her daughter, Alice Phillips (RE); three grandchildren, David Purvis, Kelly Peters (Steve), and Chris Purvis; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Priscilla Kulp; a special niece, Nancy Matthews; and David’s favorite cousin, Belinda English. Per Helen’s wishes, there will be no family night or viewing. A private burial for family and friends will be conducted at Alberene Cemetery. Friends can visit the family at the home of her daughter.
