James Anthony Critzer

Toney Critzer, 59, of Barboursville, passed away in his home on April 12, 2018. He was born in Charlottesville on February 3, 1959, to the late James Critzer and Maxine Dudley. Toney was a hard worker, a creative entrepreneur, and a devoted family man. He enjoyed designing building and adding to the playground for his granddaughters and watching Christmas Hallmark movies all year long. Toney adored his granddaughters, taking them on picnics, making them laugh, and kissing their hands like princesses. He is survived by his wife Diane, his son Michael and wife, Gennie, his daughter Kim and husband, Craig, his four granddaughters, Camryn, Alyssa, Kiley, and Kacey, and his brothers and sisters, Vanessa, Todd, Travis, Jana, Joni, Julie, and Johnny. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Monday April, 16 at Teague Funeral Home with a reception to follow at his daughter’s home.
