Jane was an Art Education graduate of Penn State University and a member of Delta Gamma. Throughout her lifetime she worked as an elementary school & head start teacher, helped in daily operations of the family cattle & horse farms, was an interior designer and worked extensively in marketing. She had a great love of art and especially enjoyed her time singing with oratorio society and in church choirs.
Jane is survived by her husband Col Dale Varga, son Randolph Kohr II & his wife Ginger, daughter Lisa Carter, grandchildren Alex Kohr, Sadie Carter, Emily Carter, Trip Kohr, Elle Kohr, sisters Nancy Sen and Lisa Nagy, brother Charles Nagy and best friend Sarah McGrady.
A memorial service will be held at Christ Episcopal Church in Charlottesville on Saturday December 18th at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
