I love and miss my mom, she was so strong in the LORD her testimony was real, as her daughter I so appreciated that she was who she was with every person.  I didn't realize how rare that can be in our world. Nevertheless she left me a Godly heritage of which I shall always be grateful.  I am so thankful to my precious Saviour for allowing me to be raised in a home where we loved each other and tried to develop a life that builds up rather than tears down . Looking forward to seeing dad and mom again ....
when we all get to heaven.


There are no words to explain how much I loved my Nanny and how much she loved me. Our relationship was unique and surrounded by the love of our shared Saviour. She is missed everyday and even though she is much better and happier in Heaven, I feel her loss daily. She was like no other and I am thankful to have known her and call her my Nanny.

I have some sweet memories of Mary Scott. She was very sweet and helpful when I started teaching at Faith. But I think my favorite memory is her and Michelle cleaning the house while Larry and I were on our honeymoon. We returned home late at night and immediately got ready for bed....first there was the shower filled with blown up balloons...then the sprayer with a rubber band on it so it sprayed me in the face....and finally the ultimate were the bells attached under our bed.....we laughed and laughed at the pranks....and then enjoyed the immaculate clean house .....thank you Mary for so many memories...especially your sweet Christian spirit....we miss you but look forward to the day we meet again at Jesus' feet!

Mary was a beautiful person inside and out.  She was always an ecouragement and her love for the Lord shined in everything she said and did. She will truly be missed but have comfort knowing we will meet again and get a hug that I got whenever I saw her.

I think I've known Mrs. Scott for more than 30 years! I began attending FBS in the 4th grade...1978 or 79, maybe?...I remember she and her husband, Bob, were always around. By the time I was grown, married, with a daughter ready for Kindergarten...she was still there...teaching my little girl! Now, that same little girl is grown, soon to heading to the mission field to present the love of Jesus! She will always be a precious memory...may the Lord comfort as only He can.

Mary Scott was my Grandma. All her grandchildren called her "Nanny". I thought of Nanny today when I heard the song "El Shaddai", which my sister Tiffany sang at her funeral. As I listened to the words of the song, it reminded me how much my Nanny loved the LORD Jesus, how glad she was to be saved and heaven bound. I miss her very much and look forward to seeing her beautiful smile when I get home to heaven. Until then, she will continue to be an inspiration to me to keep on loving the LORD more and more.

I have been so blessed to have known a woman like my Nanny, she loved the Lord with all her being. I learned so many things from her, and am thankful for the time we spent together whether it was reading the word, watching a movie or show, or playing scrabble were she would beat me every time. I will always cherish those memories and hope I can one day teach someone the things she taught me.

I praise the LORD for my mother-in-law. I loved her so very much and am grateful for the memories that I was able to make with her on date nights with my wife. I really enjoyed playing Scrabble, watching Jeopardy & Wheel of Fortune, and what I enjoyed most was our sharing of the Word of GOD. I miss and love her very much. Looking forward to our reunion in Heaven, and getting that hug that I miss so much.

Praising the Lord for the light of our Mom.  She was a doctor, lawyer, counselor, instructor and more importantly, my friend.  She loved the Lord with every fiber of her being and now she is whole and complete in Him.  Until we meet on that beautiful shore called heaven, my heart will feel your place and ache.  Missing the most beautiful person in the world, my MOM.

My sincere condolences to Wayne and Tressa  and family, Tracy and Fred and family, Michelle and Charles and family, Tina and Marc and family. Mary was a long time friend, coworker in and out of the church and school of Faith Baptist, I will miss her sweet smile and cheerful disposition very much. She was totally sincere and genuinely concerned about each person she met. I can hear Jesus saying to her on her arrival " well done my good and faithful servant". For that is truly what Mary was and her legacy is rich with memories left behind in her precious children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and friends. I will be looking forward with great anticipation of seeing Mary again at home with Bob and my Lord Jesus with others of my family  that have gone ahead. When I think of her...... I shall see her smiling face and think of her sweet spirit.
