Robert was known for his sense of humor and ability to make those around him laugh. He had a great personality and brought warmth and lightness wherever he went. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking, biking, photography, and exploring historical sites throughout Virginia. A devoted UVA sports fan, he especially enjoyed attending baseball and men’s lacrosse games.
Above all, Robert loved his family. He is survived by his daughter, son-in-law, and four grandchildren, who will miss his laughter, stories, and presence deeply.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Robert’s life on Friday, May 22, at Teague Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at 12:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 PM.
