Ryan was born on October 16, 1987 in Kenner, Louisiana, the son of Cynthia Williams and the late James Robert Young.
In addition to his mother, Ryan is survived by his loving wife, Sarah Kristin-Andreas Young; his unborn daughter, Clare Marie Young; his sister, Kelsey Legendre; maternal grandparents, L. Eugene and Marianna Williams; and his paternal grandfather, Glenn Young.
Ryan graduated from Bryant & Stratton College with a Degree in Nursing. He worked as an RN in the Thoracic Cardiovascular Post-Op ICU at the University of Virginia Health System. Ryan also served in the United States Army, including a tour in Iraq as a combat medic in 2010.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Teague Chapel with Mr. Lindsay Ellis officiating.
A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00pm.
