

the hand of his wife of 60 years, Pauline (Eovine). He is survived by his five children: Denise of Needham,
Lisa of Medford, David of Boston, Paula and Robert of Virginia as well as six grandchildren: Eric, Jesse,
Allie, Sophia, Bella and Harper, his brother Robert of Arizona, and many nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his brother James and sister Mary.
Joe served in the U.S. Army and stayed on in Japan working as a civilian for the U.S.Army. He earned his bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and spent his rewarding career with GE. Joe and Pauline retired in Chatham, MA where Joe was an active member of The Retired Men's Club, Seaside Links and Holy Redeemer Church.
Visiting hours will be held from 4p-7p on Sunday, August 18 at Nickerson Funeral Home, 87 Crowell Road, Chatham. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11am on Monday August 19th in the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 57 Highland Ave., Chatham. Burial will be private.
