Sara Eldridge-Fellman passed away on Monday January 21, 2019 after a long battle with muscular dystrophy.
Sara was a life long Cape Codder; she graduated from Chatham High School and lived and worked in Chatham most of her life. Sara loved animals, the beach and spending time with her loving family.
Sara is the daughter of the late Leon and Nancy Eldridge of South Chatham and was predeceased by her sister Heidi Lee Eldridge.
Sara is survived by her two daughters, Sunny Fellman and husband Omar Graham of Yarmouth and Carrie Douglas and husband Dean Douglas of Centerville, along with four grandchildren. She is also survived by her two sisters, Abby Eldridge-Nickerson of Hyannis and Karen Howes of Harwich as well as nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday January 30, 2019 at 10:00am at Nickerson Funeral Home in Chatham. Private burial to follow.
