Eric is preceded in death by his Mother, Vickie Jo Cook and his Father, Keith Michael Hoffmann.
Eric is remembered fondly by the love of his life, Laura, his daughters, Jasmine and Becca, and his brothers, Lucas, Peter, Greg, and James. His presence brought light to the lives of those around him, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
