A member of Crosspath @ East Ridge, former member of Avondale Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Inez (Haggard) Wood; husband, Glen R. Young and sister, Myra Ann Wood.
She is survived by her daughters Twyla (Steve) Gibson of Port Charlotte, FL. and Angela Eidson
of Chattanooga. Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Donations can be made to St. Jude’s in lieu of flowers in Gwendolyn’s memory.
