She was born March 31, 1948 in Chattanooga to the late Floyd H. Starks, and Margaret Starks Kearney.
Survivors include her two daughters, Donna (Steve) Turner of Moreland, Georgia; Tina (Scott) Britton of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Morgan Monet’ Turner, Leila Dianne Britton, Adam James Turner, Amber Lynn Britton, and Tanna Merie Britton; two brothers, Jimmy (Rachel) Starks of Dayton, Tennessee; George (Tina) Starks of Sweetwater, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the East Brainerd Chapel.
