

He was born in Lydda, Palestine to the late Hannah and Liza Dabit. His loving wife of 70 years, Najah Dabit and brother, Saliba Dabit precede him in death.
Survivors include his children, Hannah, Edward, Jamal, Elizabeth, Mona and Sana Dabit; grandchildren, Mike, Rommie, Pierre, Rania and Marina Dabit and Lena Bosheh; 4 great- grandchildren; sister, Aida Dabit, brothers Samir, Elias, Edmon, Farah and Abraham Dabit and a host of nieces and nephews (too many to count).
Milad alongside his wife, Najah established Giorgio Men’s Warehouse in 1973 and have been the proud owners for over 50 years, serving the families of Chattanooga to this day. Mike was a hard-working, business man since his early teenage years. Fun-loving, compassionate, selfless, generous, family oriented, the first one to dance, loved music and wine, traveler, these are just a few things to describe Milad. He will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A funeral mass will occur Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 1:30 PM at Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul, 214 E 8th St, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
