She was a member of Ridgedale Baptist Church. Mrs. Waters retired from Parisian Department Store at Hamilton Place Mall after 23 years of service.
Her nephew, Tim Settles preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughters, Sheena (Roy) Davis, Debbie Waters, and Holly Waters; grandsons, Matthew Tyler Davis, and Garrett Nolan Davis; sister, Joyce A. Thompson; and niece, Johnna Settles all of Chattanooga.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March, 15, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm in the East Brainerd Chapel with Dr. Bill Owens officiating. A ceremonial Dove Release will conclude the service.
She will be laid to rest at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East with a private ceremony.
Because of her love for puppies, and animals in general, memorial contributions may be made to McKamey Animal Center, 4500 North Access Road, Chattanooga, TN 37415.
