William was employed by Captain D's Seafood Restaurants in Chattanooga, TN.
He is preceded in death by Ralph Oliver Sr. and Deanna Oliver.
Left to cherish his memory are brothers: Ralph Oliver Jr. Avery Trimble, Ralph Parker. sisters: Ralphienia Robinson, Jackie Trimble, Tanisha Arnold, Vanessa Brayboy. daughter: Keylee Ah'Jhanae Lowe.
