Cheryl Marie DeFrancesco

Born February 18, 1955 in Cleveland, she was a longtime Geauga Co. resident. Cheryl enjoyed baking, especially Potica. Her greatest joy above all else was spending time with her family. Cheryl is survived by her husband Richard; son Brian (Jess); grandchildren Logan and Layla DeFrancesco; brothers Jerry (Toni) Malnar, Mark (Christie) Malnar; sisters Kelly Malnar, Leslie Malnar, and Stacie Malnar; step-mother JoAnne Malnar; sisters-in-law Mary Malnar and Christine Malnar; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son Paul; parents Carl and Virginia Malnar; and brothers Richard Malnar and Gary Malnar; and step-brother Gary Wetzel. Family and friends may call at St. Patrick Church, 16550 Rock Creek Rd., Thompson, OH 44068 on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, 10 – 11 am, where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am.
