David “Dave” H. Czehut, age 68, of Chesterland, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Saturday January 29th, 2022. He was the loving husband of Lynette for 28 years, and proud father of Collin and Connor (deceased). Dave was born on May 29th, 1953 in Trenton New Jersey to Donald and Elinor Czehut (both deceased). He graduated from Bordentown Reginal High School and went on to earn his BS degree at Kent State University. Dave will be remembered as the proud business owner of JRM Chemical for 33 years. But most importantly, he will be missed for his love of jokes and always being able to make people laugh, his hospitality, enjoying and entertaining friends and family, his generous spirt of helping when he could, and his many travel adventures with his family. He is survived by his wife Lynette, son Collin, brother Donald Czehut (Laurie) and sister Jeryl Sherman, and many other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his son Connor, father and mother Donald and Elinor, and sister Jill Conrey.
Visitation will be held on Friday February 4th, 2022 from 3-6pm with Funeral Service immediately following at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland. Interment will be held on Saturday February 5th, 2022 at 10:00 am at Chester Township Cemetery. (Please meet at funeral home). Family requests masks be worn.
