Kathy Alexander

Russell Township, Ohio - Kathy Alexander, age 74, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and laughter. She was born on March 6, 1951, in Cleveland, Ohio, to immigrant parents, Despina (Demas) and Gust Tsevdos. Kathy was a proud daughter of her heritage and a devoted member of her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of thirty-nine years Ron; her daughter Jacki and son-in-law Mark Rudolph of Cincinnati, Ohio, and several cherished nieces and nephews. Kathy is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mary and Marcia (Richard); her brothers, Michael and Peter; and her beloved twin sister, and life-long best friend, Karen.

Kathy was known for her wit, her unwavering strength, and her fierce protectiveness of those she loved. She had an accomplished professional career as a Director of Human Resources, and later embraced her entrepreneurial spirit as a business owner. She had a deep appreciation for the beauty in old things, she was often found antiquing and loved a good action-packed movie. She was exceptionally crafty, and brought creativity and heart to everything she touched.
