Michael W. Roth, 93, of Chester Township, passed away March 24, 2011, at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights. Born May 6, 1917, in Cleveland, he had lived in Chester Township for the past 61 years. Michael was a member of the Church of Saint Anselm in Chester Township. Survivors are his son, Michael J. (Marty); daughter, Dolores (Robert J.) Rogish; grandchildren, Matthew J. Roth, Karen (Matt) Pitti, Bob (Amy) Rogish, Chris (Jessica) Rogish and Jason Rogish; sister, Elsie Schiemann; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie A.; and sister, Marion Holzberger. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2011, at the Church of Saint Anselm, 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. The Rev. Thomas Sweany will officiate. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
