Patrick B. "Roast" Franey, 55, of Chester Township, passed away Sept. 3, 2010, at Cleveland Clinic. Born June 21, 1955, in Cleveland, he was a Chester Township resident for 11 years. Mr. Franey loved having a great time with his family and riding his Harley. Patrick was a member of Teamsters local union 436. He was employed with Union Sand – Allega Concrete.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen (Stapleton); sons, Jason Patrick and Joshua William; mother, Ann Smith; brother, William; and sisters, Elizabeth (John) Thrush and Kathleen "Penny" (Franko) Biliani. He was preceded in death by his father, William, and stepfather, Hank Smith. Visitation will be 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, at the funeral home.
