PHYLLIS PRACKER (nee Vandette), age 62, of Russell Twp. passed away April 9, 2015. Beloved wife of James; loving mother of Jerry (Nancy), Julie Bell, Kelly (Vince) Kitko and the late Cathy Zupancic; devoted grandmother of ten; and great-grandmother of three; devoted sister of Robert Vandette, Rosemary (Benjamin, deceased) Cervas and the late Joseph Vandette; dear sister-in-law of Carol Vandette; and loving aunt and cousin of many. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00am - 6:00pm, on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at The Lewis & Ruth Affelder House, 15139 Chillicothe Rd., Novelty, OH 44072.
