Ron Meister, age 73, passed away June 3, 2023. Born February 10, 1950 in Cleveland, he was a Chester Township resident for over 39 years. Ron was a Plant Manager with Swagelok for 19 years, and later purchased and operated Shaker Quality Auto Body in Shaker Heights until retiring in 2015. He was an Elder, Past President, and an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Chesterland, and a longtime member of VCCA, Lake Erie Ohio Region. Ron is survived by his wife Chris (nee Malinowski); sons Matt and Eric; grandson Lucas, and his mother Allison Zelznick; and nephew Joe (Nicole) Meister. He is preceded in death by his brother Dennis; and parents Arthur and Ruth (nee Dill) Meister. Family and friends may call at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland on Friday 5-8 pm, and one hour before service at the church. Funeral Service 11:00 am, Saturday, June 10, 2023 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 11900 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland, OH 44026. Interment at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
