Ted was born October 2, 1940 in Chicago, Ill, and a resident of Russell Township since 2000, and a former residence of Hudson.
Ted was a golf and car enthusiast. He also enjoyed bowling, the Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Indians, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Chicago Bears. Ted was retired after a career as a Mechanical Engineer. He later worked at Turney's Ace Hardware in Chester Township.
Survivors are wife, Mary (nee Wilson); daughter, Kimberlee Kauth; son, Kevin Kauth; daughter, Jennifer (Steve) Eiken; grandchildren, Colleen, Carolyn, and Katelyn Kauth, and Eric and Luke Eiken; and sister, Sandra (Don) Vaughan. Predeceased by parents, Theobald John, Sr. and Verna (nee DuBois) Kauth.
Funeral Service and Memorial Mass 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 29, 2012. Place of Service Church of Saint Anselm, 12969 Chillicothe Rd., Chester Township. Officiant Reverend Thomas Sweany.
