Thomas Michael Ogrin

Thomas Michael Ogrin, age 74, of Newbury, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Geauga Medical Center. He was born on October 17, 1951, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Irma Eileen (Mariano) and valentine Joseph Ogrin. Tom was a 1969 graduate of Collinwood High School. For the past twenty years, Tom along with his son Michael ran Claridon Resale Cars of East Claridon.

Tom loved traveling, and enjoyed his trips to Alaska, Hawaii, and fishing trips to Errington Wilderness Island in Ontario, Canada. He is preceded in death by his parents, and an infant daughter, Lilly Josephine Ogrin. Survivors include his two sons, Michael D. Ogrin of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and James V. Ogrin of Cleveland, Ohio; his two brothers, James V. Ogrin of Mentor, Ohio and John Ogrin of Madison, Ohio; his long-time partner, Linda Dlugoz and many cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland, Ohio.
