He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for Environmental Systems Designs (ESD).
Husband of the late Nilda Z Cordero, married for 47 years. Lovingly remembered by sons Arnell (Cirenia) & Jason (Sheila), grandchild (Evan), brother Feliciano Cordero, sisters Ninfa Atonson,, Emma Medes & Jocelyn Mapili, his cousins and his many nieces and nephews.
His favorite hobbies / favorite pastime include buying and selling used books, going to garage sales, collecting antiques, and playing the lottery.
He will be best remembered for his kindness, generosity, infectious laugh, storytelling and long late night video calls.
A visitation for Morit will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646, followed by a prayers at 5:00 PM.
