Beloved mother of Peggy and Jackie; loving grandmother of Alexandra, Samantha, and Ryan; devoted wife of the late John (“Jack”). Notably, she was also a devoted dog mother to countless shelter dogs over her lifetime, her most recent being Scooter.
Barb loved the beach, the sun, and decorating the outside of her house for all major holidays, which delighted her neighbors and passersby. She was an avid Judge Judy fan and a self-described “night owl” who always knew how to keep the party going. She charmed everyone she met with her incredible sense of humor and her cheerleader mentality.
Born and raised in Muskegon, she carried her hometown spirit with her throughout her life. She will be dearly missed, and her impact on the world is immeasurable.
A private celebration of life will be held by her family.
