Cesar "Sammy" Pinto, age 54, was born in Chicago on November 13, 1967, and born into eternity on December 8, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Cesar was the most loving husband of Aida Asencio-Pinto for 28 years; loving father of Cesar Pinto, Jr. and Nicolas Pinto; dear son of Andrea Gonzalez and the late Angel Pinto Gomez; beloved brother of Angel (Luz) Pinto, Enrique Pinto, Carlos (Joy) Pinto, Rosa Pinto, Elizabeth Pinto, and Maritza (Fernando) Pinto; unforgettable uncle; caring cousin; and fond friend of many. Cesar retired from the City of Chicago.
