age 71, of Chicago, IL passed away on June 16, 2015. Edmund was born on November 16, 1943 in Laoag City, Philippines, the son of Graciniano and Celestina née Ruiz. Beloved husband of Felicitas née Menor . Loving father of Edmund, Jr. (Erna) and Jennifer. Dear brother of the late Jane (Willie) Ilustre and Gracelynn (the late Randolph) Pasion. Edmund was a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology, class of 1965 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. On January 8, 1972 in Laoag City, Philippines, Edmund married the love of his life Felicitas, who survives him.
