Florence R. “Flo” Costanzo, of Des Plaines, on June 8, 2020 Florence joined her beloved late husband Carlo Costanzo on his birthday. Loving mother of Carla (James) Brookman, Carl Costanzo and Gaetna (Len) Johnson; cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Peter) Tsalapatanis, Danielle (Colin) Costanzo-Dorsey, Ciera (Johnny) Bonebright, Hans (Christine) Burkert, Lorenz (Nina) Burkert. Beloved great-grandmother of Nikko Carlo Tsalapatanis, Athena Carla Tsalapatanis, Rachel Burkert, Jonathan Burkert, Maxwell Burkert and Alex Burkert. Great- Great- Grandmother of Gabriel Burkert. Dear daughter of the late John and the late Catherine Zajac. Aunt too many nieces and nephews.

Florence enjoyed spending time with her devoted daughter Carla and son in law James her grandchildren Jennifer and grandson in law Peter, great-grandchildren especially her “Nikko Boy” and “Dainty Face Athena”, she will forever be “My Flo”.

A visitation service walk through will take place at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home (6901 W. Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634) from 10 am to 3pm on Friday, June 12, 2020. Funeral Mass at St. Emily’s Catholic Church (1400 E. Central Rd. Mt Prospect, IL 60056) at 11:30am on Saturday, June 13, 2020.
