Frank "Bill" Rohrbeck, age 83, passed away December 12,2013. Beloved husband of the late Shirley; loving father of Raymond(Karyn) and Dawn; cherished grandfather of Jennifer (Mark), Rebecca (Tim), Stephen, Jessica, Rick, Shelby, and Christopher; dear great-grandfather of Lucas and Lily.
