Jeff, my lil bro I haven't heard from you in almost 5 yrs.. I was driving around last night just going down memory lane in are play ground lol drove past yr house I decided to stop and ask where is Jeff Yr father answered the door and let me know what happened... The deepest of condolences from the entire Heitman family.
We were fortunate enough to grow up maybe 12 houses down from the Friedliebs. Our hearts are with you guys…

I have so many memories of Jeff and the big beige/yellow house on the corner of my street growing up. Images of kids with bright blonde hair running around the expansive front lawn will be etched into my & many others’ memories forever. We had magnificent times growing up together. Jeff lived a great 41 years! And I got to be  there next to him for a lot of it.

My favorite memories are likely from our snowboarding trips w Jeff in Breckenridge. We crushed it on the slopes & toured the town at night. Ah, to be 15/16 again. Jeff was a great snowboarder. I actually was trying to get him back into snowboarding this past winter as I knew it would bring him joy & could maybe ignite a renewed hobby.

I am saddest when I think about the memories Jeff could have continued to create with current family, friends & maybe even his own family in the future. I was looking forward to some of those new memories.

But alas I hope you have found peace or eased your pain, Jeff. We will be thinking about you. And we love you!

I did not know you but your passing saddens me.

   Our deepest and most sincere condolences to the entire Friedlieb family.  My heart breaks to know I won't hear one of my closest friend's voice anymore.  Waking up to the 5 missed calls from you on a Sunday morning just to go get a cup of coffee... Jeff always had a way of making me laugh even when he never tried. I will forever cherish our friendship and the lifetime of memories we made since our youth years. I pray that he finds the peace that he so deserved while on this earth.  I find comfort in knowing my closest friend is now my guardian angel. Rest easy brother until we see each other again. I will miss you, love you and you will always be in my heart my man!!!

He was a customer of mine at Superdawg for all of my 24 years. I watched him grow up. My deepest condolences to his family. You will be missed.

As a citizen, I thank you for all you did for our country. As a police officer and 011th dist first watch officer, it was an honor hitting the spots with you and Ruben. Keep an eye out and watch our six.

The "Bumgardner Family" is truly sorry for your loss. I will always have a special place in my heart for my dear friend Jeff. Some of my greatest memories as a child, young adult and grown man included him.  Myself and others spent a lot of time with Jeff, and there was a reason why we all wanted to be around him. I am so so very sorry for your loss. I don't have words. We knew each other way back when he was stationed in Jacksonville NC. We have remained friends since. We didn't speak all the time, but every once in a while would pop in and say hey and talk about what life has been up to.
