Jose Luis Sarabia-Santos, 55; U.S. Army Veteran; was born in Coahuila, Piedras Negras, Mexico on December 13, 1958, and born into eternity surrounded by his loving family on September 20, 2014; beloved husband of Maria Elena Sarabia; loving father of Marisol (Alvaro) Fuentes, Griselda (Cliff) Hempstead, Armando Garcia Jr., Herlinda (Jose) Garcia, Tanairi Garcia; adoring grandfather of Sophia Isabel Fuentes, Darian Jose Peralta, Nicolas Guillermo Fuentes, Gael Anthony Garcia, Mia Isabella Galvan; dear brother of Maria Dolores Salinas, Elsa Margarita Sarabia, Efrain (Sonia) Sarabia, Maria Guadalupe (Juan) Gomez, Vito Rocco (Sherry) Giannone, Minerva (Rafael) Valencia, Jose Antonio Sarabia, Patricia Sarabia, Susana Sarabia, David Sarabia, the late Olga Leticia (Domingo) Ayala, and Hector Guadalupe Sarabia; caring son of the late Efrian & Irma Sarabia; fond friend, cousin, and uncle of many; longtime employee of the City of Chicago Water Department.
