Larry was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Leo and Estelle Kobb, whose values and love shaped the man he became. He leaves to cherish his memory his dear sister, Roberta C. Kobb, who stood by him always with love and unwavering support.
Larry was a dedicated Electrical Engineer who served the federal government with integrity and quiet strength for many years. His work was a reflection of his sharp mind and steady hand.
He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
