Lillian Gloria Caravello

She was a beloved sister, friend, mother, and grandmother who touched many lives with her warmth and humor. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a role she truly loved, and found great fulfillment in helping and caring for others.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, and attending live music events. One of her greatest joys was shopping for and spoiling her granddaughter. She also had a deep love for her parakeets and her cats, who brought her much comfort and happiness.

She had a passion for shopping and fashion and took pride in looking beautiful no matter the occasion. Known for her playful spirit, she was always joking and had a lighthearted approach to life, never taking things too seriously.

She was the cherished daughter of Helen Stein-Piotrowski and Stefan Piotrowski, the loving mother of Christina Caravello and Angela Caravello, and the devoted grandmother of Emma.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL 60646. A service will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the same location.
