Penny’s greatest joy was her family. She leaves behind her seven children: Victor Alvarez, Jacqueline Sanchez, Michael Velez, Daniel Velez, Xesenia Schrepfer, Andres Velez, and Arianna Schrepfer who were the center of her world and the proud continuation of her legacy. Through them- and through her grandchildren: Jesenia Medina, Anastaija Robles, Joseph Medina, Jayden Alvarez and Juelz Stephens her spirit of resilience and unconditional love live on.
Penny also held a special place in her heart for her beloved companions: her cat, Redman, and his brother, Oliver, as well as her treasured turtle Kooka. They brought her daily comfort and joy and she cared for them with the same love she showed to others
Though she will be deeply missed, Penny’s love remains woven in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and extended family and friends. May her memory be carried forward in quiet moments, shared stories and the enduring bonds of those who she nurtured and knew.
May she rest in peace.
