Thomas A. Galvin, age 70, Ret. Local 399, dedicated owner of Beetle Craft in Evergreen Park, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 19th, 2025. Beloved husband of Miriam (nee Hernandez); Loving father of Donald (Liz) and the late Keith. Proud Poppy to Matthew, Benjamin and Nicholas; Dear brother of the late Teri (John) Scheidt, Daniel (Kim) Galvin, Eva Galvin Scheulin (Ray Scheulin), Diane (Dan) Miller, Lory Jasmer, Kim (Bill) McGrath; Cherished son of the late Gloria and Donald Galvin. Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. He had a deep passion for restoring and maintaining Volkswagens, which led him to open Beetle Craft 25 years ago. A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
