Tom was a long-time employee of the Water Reclamation District in Skokie.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of (38 years) Susan (nee Modelski); his loving children James Horst and Theresa Horst; his siblings James (Rona Milarsky) Horst and Jerry (Laurie Stein) Horst; and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. His parents preceded him in death.
