

Vita is survived by her two children: Debbie (Leo) Karlovitz and Lee (Tracy) Coniglio. She was a loving grandmother to Dani (Mike) VanSlambrouck, Katie (Colin) Maynard and Kristen (Chase) Jones and adored by her great-grandchildren Vincent and Lucas VanSlambrouck and Landon Maynard. Vita is also survived by her brother, Pat (Karin) Cutrona and many nieces, nephews and friends who cherished her. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Lee Coniglio, Sr., her parents, Pasquale Cutrona and Anna Marie Cutrona and her sister, Frances Ruppert.
Vita was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Throughout her life, Vita was known for her sense of humor and her deep love for her family and friends, as well as her welcoming nature. She took great joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren and always had a way of making everyone feel so special. Her love and kindness will live on in her family and all those lucky enough to have known her. She will be in our hearts forever.
A visitation for Vita will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 West Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634.
A funeral mass will occur Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Queen of Angels Church at Queen of Apostles Parish, 2330 W Sunnyside Ave, Chicago, IL 60625.
Directly following the mass a committal service will occur Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Rosehill Cemetery, 5800 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60660.
