Larry Monroe Atkisson - Alpine - Funeral service for Larry Monroe Atkisson, 66, will be at Childersburg Church of Christ, Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Brother Tim Roland and Brother Mike Ray officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Gardens. Mr. Atkisson passed away January 18, 2014 at his residence. He was a member of Childersburg Church of Christ where he was an Elder. He was a pharmacist at CVS in Sylacauga, and at Crew Drugs in Rockford, Al. Mr. Atkisson is survived by his wife, Vicki Atkisson of Alpine, Al., daughter, Jessica Bryant (Chris) of Childersburg, Al., grandchild, Tyler Bryant of Childersburg, Al., sister, Diane Oliver (Steve) of Wewahitchka, FL. Visitation will be at Curtis and Son Funeral Home Childersburg Chapel, Monday, January 20, 2014 from 5-8 PM. Pallbearers will be Gene Welch, Ray Giddens, Brian Whitworth, Kevin Ray, Frank Grice, Buddy Hobbs.
