Shelia Z. Griffith

Shelia is survived by her sisters, Mary Holmes and Janet Taylor, and her brother, Jess Griffith (Joyce). She leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Thomas Griffith, her mother, Zearh Bell Griffith, and her brother, James David Griffith.

Visitation will be held at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, Childersburg Chapel, located at 1099 1st St NW, Childersburg, Alabama, on February 7, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 1:00 pm. All services will be officiated by Pastor Ashley Butterworth.

Shelia will be laid to rest at Childersburg Cemetery in Childersburg, AL.

Pallbearers will be Tony Fields, Cody Gable, Rodney Griffith, Buddy Griffith, Adam Griffith, and David Griffith. Honorary pallbearers are Dakota Watts and Larry Gable.

Shelia was a long time member of Papertown Baptist Church.
