She was born on June 23, 1926 in Mariawohl, Ukraine.
Agnes is survived by her 2 Step children, Peter Heller and Doris Heller (Dave Gillett), 1 Step Grandchild Amber Delaire. Her Sister Anna Petto, nieces and the many friends she was surrounded by. Special mention, her dear friend Helmut Kugler, who was always there for her.
She was predeceased by her parents, Cornelius and Anna Rempel, her sister Susan of Germany, and her partner of 45 years Guenther Heller (2009).
Agnes immigrated to Canada at the age of 22 years old. She was a very kind and positive person, always willing to help people and try to brighten their day. She was a great cook, she loved to crochet ( just about anything), loved her plants, and had the greenest thumb of anyone!
She retired from "Fletcher Challenge" (Crown Zellerbach) as a machine operator in 1989- after 38 years of dedicated service.
Her favorite saying, and one she lived by, " Der Mensch Denkt, Aber Gott Lenkt" - Translation: " Men think, But God Leads"
A Celebration of life to be decided at a later date.
