Alfred Lucas was born and raised in Burnaby to hard working parents. He made many friends during his 24 years working at Dominion Bridge. He enjoyed many summers and long weekends at Gunn Lake. In 1976 the family moved to Squamish before returning to Burnaby in 1983. In 1994 Alf and Liz retired to Sechelt until 2003 when they moved to Chilliwack. Alf Lucas is lovingly remembered by his wife Liz, children Randy (Lynne), Kim (Alfie) Wendy and Sandra (Mike), his grandchildren Lance, Steve, Jen, Mike, Sara, and James and great grandchildren Brittany and David. Alf was predeceased by his parents Alfred and May. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 24, 2017 at Woodlawn Mt Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Avenue, Chilliwack.
