Dorathea was a devoted homemaker throughout her life, and her presence was a source of comfort and care for her family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Ron, her siblings Harold Kullman and Lillian Broaden, and her companion Ernie Plaxton. She is survived by her daughter Paulette Larocque, nieces Donna Eggen (Ken), Sandi Kullman, and nephew Chad Kullman (Elizabeth), as well as Ernie's children Doug Plaxton (Gina), Doreen Nelmes (Peter), and Ernie Plaxton (Michelle). She passed away at Valley Haven Care Home in Chilliwack, BC.
A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Henderson's Funeral Home & Crematorium, 45901 Victoria Ave, Chilliwack, BC V2P 2S9, followed by a reception from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorathea's memory to the BC Lung Foundation.
