France "Frank" Georges Gaulin

With the love of his family surrounding him, France Georges Gaulin passed away peacefully in the afternoon of Friday October 27, 2023, after his brief battle with cancer, he was 70 years old. “Frank” was born on January 28, 1953, in Princeville, Quebec, to parents Joseph (late) and Rose-Aimée (Pelletier) (late) Gaulin.

Frank will be dearly missed by his wife of 45 years, Frances “Frankie”, his daughter Nathalie (Gustavo) and son Shawn (Erin); his cherished grandchildren Maddison, Emily, Eliana, Sofía, and Nicolás; his siblings Irène, Noëlla, André, Maxime, Gilles, Narcisse, Raoul and Jean-Louis and numerous extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents and his siblings Cécile, Michel, Jean-Berchmans, Angèle, Madeleine and Rosario.

In his early days, Frank was a recognized member of the Canadian Armed Forces, he retired as a Warrant Officer, after 24 years of service. Frank continued his electrical career as a contractor and finally retired from the Chilliwack School Board at 60 years of age. He will also be remembered by many colleagues and friends throughout his career.

While it was Frank’s desire to not have a funeral service, instead, a celebration of life will be announced at a future date.
