Francesco immigrated to BC in 1954 where he worked as a logger for over 20 years. He then moved on to the Vancouver School Board as a custodian for 25 years which he retired from in 1990.
He leaves behind his wife of 40 years Erminia, 2 sons Stefano (Melinda) and Randy, as well as 2 grandsons Jordan and Jesse. He also leaves behind a brother Galiano, and sister Melania of Italy. Also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews in Canada, Italy and abroard.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 9th 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Helen’s Roman Catholic Church, 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby, BC. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Abbey Mausoleum.
