Jack will be lovingly remembered by his companion of over 30 years Phyliss Woodruff.
Jack’s children Beth Martinuk (Tim), Bruce Plant and 6 grandchildren, brother Carson (Kathy) as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Jack will also be dearly missed by his friends at the Eden Care Centre. Jack was predeceased by his wife Margaret, parents Ercell and Marion Plant.
Jack was raised in Chatham Ontario. Jack was in the RCAF for 35 years, retiring with the Rank of Chief Warrant Officer. Jack’s trade in the RCAF was an electrician which had him assigned all over Canada.
Jack enjoyed both square and clog dancing, all over North America.
Jack’s other passion was woodworking. Jack enjoyed making many things from furniture to keepsakes for friends and family.
At Jack’s request no service will be held.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
