Johannus "Joe" Wilhelmus Steensma

Joe is the son of Corny and Joanne Steensma; he was predeceased by his loving dad and will be greatly missed by his loving mom.

He is dearly remembered and will be missed greatly by his brother Harry Steensma, wife Diane and their children Amanda (Jeff) and Travis (Lisa), his sister Corrie Autenrieth and her two sons Adam and Derek, along with Adam's wife Ashley, their children Jaxson and Linden and fur babies Charlie, Mali, and Kobe, and son Derek, with partner Alli, his sister Cassandra Maron, husband Jeff and her daughter Lisa Welch, husband Rob, their children Samantha and Kayden and fur baby April.

We would like to thank all of the paramedics, doctors and nursing staff at CGH and Dr. Broncyn Mussell for all their care and support.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Gone Golfing

If the round should start without me because I have passed away Cherish the swings that we once made and please continue to play.

For I'll be watching from a gallery with a magnificent view. With friends and family from the past all cheering with pride for you.

May each tricky putt find the hole your drives fly far and straight. And when you've taken your final shots let's meet at the Pearly Gates.

I'll have tee time booked on the grandest course of all. And we'll go golfing once again chasing that little white ball.
