Lorraine Gardner (Sparkling River Woman) was originally born in Chilliwack B.C. She is registered to Skwah First Nation. She was raised in Quebec and moved to Vancouver, B.C in her young adulthood. Lorraine began her journey to the spirit world on January 19th 2024 at the age of 68. She had a long fight of illness and was strong for such a long time. Lorraine Gardner lived a beautiful life, her biggest accomplishment is her three beautiful children, Cheyenne, Tara-Lee, and Mufasa. She worked in sales but in the last several years her main focus was solely on her grandbabies, Evan, Shylee, and River. She will always be remembered for her ability to be fierce, bold, and strong while at the same time gentle and loving. She had so much humor and would always find something to bring laughter and love into the world. She is forever a bright beaming light, and her spirit and fire will live on forever.
