She was born on May 10, 1955 in Three Hills Alberta. Married in 1975 to Rawlyn Thiessen they lived in Linden AB, Neilburg SK, Seven Persons AB, and Chilliwack BC. Wherever she went she was a loving wife and caring mother and she will be sorely missed by many friends and her family.
Marilyn is survived by her loving husband Rawlyn, her children Lisa, Les, Marshall, and Amberly, her parents Walter and Lydda Regehr and her siblings Dorothy, Lyle, Bonita, Connie, and Don.
A Memorial will be held on July 18, 2015 1:00 pm at Central Community Church, 46100 Chilliwack Central Road, Chilliwack BC. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday July 17 at 7:30 PM at Hendersons Funeral Chapel, 45901 Victoria Avenue, Chilliwack BC. Burial will take place Saturday July 18, 10:00 AM at Vedder View Gardens Cemetery, 44675 Watson Road, Chilliwack BC.
Memorial Donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation in memory of Marilyn Thiessen.
