Sandra Jayne Knight

Sandra Jayne Knight (Soranno), age 60, of Chilliwack, British Columbia passed away peacefully on December 31, 2022, in the comfort of her home after a brief battle with cancer. Sandra was born March 6, 1962, in North Vancouver to Giuseppe Soranno and Sheila Jane Soranno (Fairbrother). She married Michael Anthony Knight on September 2, 1983, and settled in her much-loved Fraser Valley.

Sandra is survived by her cherished husband of 39 years and her two daughters, Tabitha Jayne Kroeker and Joanna Marie Knight as well as her two brothers, Rodney Soranno and Wayne Soranno and her beloved sister-in-law Theresa Ducharme.

Sandra is predeceased by her parents Giuseppe Soranno (December 1, 1988) and Sheila Morrison (Fairbrother, Soranno) (January 3, 2022).

Sandra's beautiful life will forever be treasured in the lives of her children, her husband, family and many friends. There will be an opportunity to gather at a Celebration of Life in March 2023.

Until then, as Sandra was a talented baker, in her honour they will be having cookies and tea, while spending time privately reflecting on her kindness and compassion for all and loving devotion to family.
